Message	a little more thorough. I live in Oregon, if a person is driving without insurance they are automatically at fault no matter who caused the accident. Because they should not have been driving. California and Oregon have some very similar laws. I wouldn't give up on it. "You are the biggest wanker I have witnessed today". - Bezza
